How can we help?
For help with Arte Sheets, email office@arte-soft.com. Support is provided by Arte Soft EOOD, Bulgarian company registration number 202787570.
Tell us what happened
Include the action you were trying to perform, the error message, your browser and whether the workbook is local, saved to your account or shared. If relevant, include a screenshot with private information removed.
Never send your password, sign-in code, payment card details or API keys. Do not attach confidential workbooks; a small example with invented data is usually enough to reproduce a problem.
Workbook access and collaboration
- A local workbook is missing on another device: browser-only documents stay in the browser where they were created. Use My files to save a workbook to your account.
- A shared workbook will not open: sign in with the email address invited by its owner and open that document's link. The owner controls your role and can restore access.
- Changes appear in the wrong document: compare the document links and titles in both sessions. Separate documents do not synchronize merely because their participants are the same.
ChatGPT and Codex connections
The Arte Sheets connector is being prepared for release. Directory availability will follow OpenAI review; it is not currently promised as a publicly available plugin.
When a connection is available, it uses your Arte Sheets account and existing document permissions. It cannot access browser-only workbooks. Cell editing currently requires a shared workbook; an account connection does not automatically share your documents with other people.
You can revoke a connected app from the connected-app section of your Arte Sheets profile. If a connection fails, include the client name and time of the failure in your support request, but do not send the authorization URL or tokens.
Courses and AI usage
For course issues, include the lesson and step name and explain the result you expected. Ordinary connector actions do not consume Arte AI inference credits. The assistant inside Arte Sheets uses the credits available to your account; a ChatGPT subscription does not automatically fund that separate assistant.
